As most of you
know, I "hand poured" my last baits February of last
year. The fumes were killing me. Not to be denied my
passion for tackle making, I started tying jigs,
punch skirts, slip jigs and just about anything that
wore a skirt! That fed my addiction for a while, but
then it wasn't enough. Much like drugs or any other
addiction, it stop working for me. I needed
something stronger. Something that allowed me a
wider range of creativity. Soon, after browsing a
bit online, I happened upon a web site that sold
crank bait blanks for airbrushing along with the
other accessories needed like hooks, split rings,
etc. There was allot of general information about
airbrushing in general and crank bait construction.
It was very informative and got my attention. Then,
I saw this airbrush that had my name on it. Below
you will see some of my recent work which is now
